At Family Sewing, our staff of expert service technicians has over 65 years combined experience. Our technicians are constantly upgrading their talents and repair techniques. Attending manufacturer seminars and schools, reading the latest service manuals and bulletins, and hands on experience gives us the edge when it comes to servicing your machine.

You'll like that we are a SINGER® Authorized Warranty Service Center.
We are also a BabyLock "Love Of Sewing" Service Center.

We service - White, Viking/Husquvarna, New Home/Janome, Bernina, Babylock, Brother, Pfaff, Elna, Simplicity, Juki, Kenmore, Necchi, Nelco, Riccar, National, and all other brands.  

You can get your machine to us one of two ways.

1.) DROP IT OFF at one of many convenient drop-off locations located throughout Michigan, Northeast Indiana, and Northwest Ohio.
2.) SHIP IT directly to our service center. Machines shipped in receive priority service. We try to get them back to you within one week - ten days.
