At Family Sewing, our staff of expert service technicians has over 61 years combined experience. Our technicians are constantly upgrading their talents and repair techniques. Attending manufacturer seminars and schools, reading the latest service manuals and bulletins, and hands on experience gives us the edge when it comes to servicing your machine.
We are a SINGER® Authorized Warranty Service Center.
We also service - White, Viking/Husquvarna, New Home/Janome, Bernina, Babylock, Brother, Pfaff, Elna, Simplicity, Juki, Kenmore, Necchi, Nelco, Riccar, National, and all other brands.
You can get your machine to us one of two ways.
1.) SHIP IT directly to our service center. Machines shipped in receive priority service. We usually get them back to you within one week.
2.) DROP IT OFF at one of many convenient drop-off locations located throughout Michigan and Northwest Ohio.
